What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which device you were using. A screenshot can help, but please remove private information and never send a password, verification code, API key, or recovery code.

Privacy and data requests

You can use the same email address to ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to Story & Shelf. Please use the subject line “Privacy request”.

Before the app launches

There is not yet a public app to download. This page will be expanded with app-specific help as Story & Shelf moves into testing and release.
